Match the territory first
We identify the country, operator and local account route before using a payment or promotion claim. A familiar brand name does not make another country’s instructions valid in Tanzania.
Currency and method matter too. A US-dollar headline, a neighbouring country’s mobile-money menu and a Tanzania TZS cashier instruction describe different situations. We do not combine them into a more attractive offer.
Use the source closest to the claim
For operator identity, we start with the regulator’s register. For an account condition, we use the operator’s terms. For a campaign, we seek the campaign’s own rules rather than relying only on an advertisement.
Secondary guides can help identify questions readers ask, but they are not the main proof of a licence number, accepted payment method or bonus restriction. A large comparison table is not itself verification.
Keep the direction and version attached
A payment fact is recorded with its method and direction. A deposit minimum does not become a withdrawal minimum, and a mobile-wallet logo does not establish a payout deadline.
A game fact is linked to the specific published entry reviewed. We distinguish a provider reference from a configured stake or return value. Similar artwork and titles do not prove that two game versions share every setting.
Separate a source difference from a confirmed change
Two official pages may describe a condition differently. We retain their source links and explain the difference instead of automatically choosing the more generous wording.
For example, the brief cashback overview does not explain the inactivity qualification that appears in the detailed expiry rule. We show that qualification and the source difference. We do not claim to know a private contractual outcome.
Do not claim tests that did not happen
Reading a public help page is not the same as opening an account, depositing, withdrawing or completing verification. This guide does not claim those tests were performed.
Generated editorial photographs illustrate a topic. They are not receipts, screenshots of successful transactions or evidence of a customer experience. A support assistant organises information; it cannot validate a payment from the choices selected.
Publish a clear limit and a useful next step
If a figure is not established, we leave it unquoted and explain where it needs checking. We do not replace missing evidence with an invented minimum, deadline, free-spin allocation or registration code.
Each problem route should finish with a concrete action: inspect the relevant account record, prepare the requested evidence or contact the authenticated support route. A financial problem should not lead to another deposit prompt.
Revisit the connected explanations
When a shared promotion fact changes, internal offer summaries, the bonus explanation and related answers need the same revision. The source list and change journal make the review visible.
Dates show when the stated material was reviewed, not a promise of continuous monitoring. No data is described as real-time without an authenticated official feed. Archived campaigns remain clearly separate from a current offer.
